Today we’re celebrating NPS Day at DigiCert! We're excited to share that we achieved an aggregated 80 Net Promoter Score (NPS) in a single quarter. NPS is a customer loyalty metric that measures how likely customers are to recommend a company, product or service to others. This feedback holds us accountable, helps us know what we’re doing right, and, more importantly, helps to let us know where more work is needed to ensure we’re always improving.
