Stop asking 'What is the company culture like?' in job interviews—3 better alternatives

Maybe recruiters could do a better job of trying to find the meaning behind the question, and have some empathy for why the person is asking. Maybe when employment agencies dismiss the questions of job seekers in such a cavalier way, they are failing to do their jobs properly. Constructive feedback for job seekers is invaluable, but this post to me sounds like the hubris of a company that could be doing a little bit better JOB at listening.
