When I say that I love to network, what I mean is... I love 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 🔗! Here are the levels of networking I think of and how I bucket them, specifically breaking down my favorite level of networking ->Connective Working! 1. Operational Networking 🏢: Involves connections that help manage current internal responsibilities. It’s about efficiency and problem-solving within your current role. 2. Personal Networking 🤝: Includes connections outside your immediate industry, offering diverse perspectives and support. More about personal development than direct professional gain. 3. Strategic Networking 🎯: Focused on future career paths, connecting with individuals who can open doors to new opportunities and industries. 4. ⭐𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠⭐: Facilitating connections between people you've met, contributing to community building, and enhancing your reputation as a valuable connector. - 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: This level of networking involves you connecting people you've met with each other. Be the bridge between individuals who can mutually benefit from knowing one another. - 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: By introducing your contacts to each other, you contribute to building a stronger, more interconnected, and supportive professional community. - 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞: When you help others connect, they are more likely to think of you for future opportunities or introductions that could be beneficial for you. - 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: Being known as someone who can connect others to one another showcases your understanding of others' needs and your ability to help address them. When you can incorporate connective networking into your day, this reflects the importance of not just building your own connections but also facilitating relationships among others in your network. Am I missing anything? Which level of networking are you at, and how can I help get you to the next level? Did I mention that I love new friends, and I will remember small details that may make you laugh or surprise you when we talk even years later? (IYKYK) #ConnectiveNetworking #HelpOthers

🖍😀 visual thinker & humor/play facilitator to inspire, engage, and motivate your group with clear communication images, build stronger teams and strengthen individuals well being❤️
Let's have the conversation with our family members. It is critical to know what each person's wishes are before we become unable to share our plans. This was a difficult conversation for my parents and I to have. It was filled with a great deal of emotion and we only enacted a few of the plans. It would have been a little easier if we had more discussions around when and where they wanted to be in their last days. Take a few minutes and think of your own plans for end of life. Start the conversation with your spouse and family. Don't forget to write it down and share the information with loved ones. #endoflife #deathpositive

It's National Healthcare Decision Day (NHDD), a day when we honor the importance and significance of healthcare decisions and end-of-life planning. In my experience, thinking through, working with our feelings around, talking about, and planning for our dying and death are empowering experiences. A surprising benefit of these deep discussions is an even greater awareness of our time here on earth with family, friends, and what matters most to us—communities, causes, and more. We live out lives more fully every day with such an awareness. If you're not sure where to begin these conversations, contact one of us at VEOLI or one of the many organizations that provide resources. (I am happy to share information.) #healthcaredecisions #eolplanning
