And just like that, my time at HelloFresh has come to an end 🍋 The last year and a few months have been quite the journey and as I reflect on my time there, I realize that it was filled with many challenges and lessons learned that ultimately led to my growth, for which I am extremely grateful. The main objective of my role at HelloFresh was to support Factor - the newest line of business. But how was I going to successfully do this when I had just graduated from school less than a year ago with only a few months of direct experience? My main goal at the time was to learn from TA experts, develop my skills, and grow both personally and professionally…and well, I can say that I’ve successfully done all of the above! Here are my key learnings that I’ll be taking away and applying to the next chapter of my career 💡Trust your abilities: Whether you’re new to a specific industry or a newbie fresh out of school, know that you got this! It won’t be easy, there will definitely be a learning curve, and you may find yourself questioning whether you’re built for this. Anytime these doubts crossed my mind, I had to remind myself that I was hired for a reason and I showcased my skills & abilities during the interview process so what’s stopping me from doing so after getting the job? 👷♀️Build on your confidence: This was a big one for me and if I’m completely honest, it’s something that I’m still working on. My biggest recommendation on this is to talk to people. Whether it’s colleagues within your team, SMEs who support different functions within the company, or senior leadership. Book a time in their calendars, approach the conversation with curiosity, and identify opportunities for collaboration! 🔓Become comfortable with being uncomfortable: This takes practice and if you’re anything like me, you want to have all the answers 100% of the time. The truth is that’s just not going to happen at all times and that’s completely okay. Give yourself the space to be transparent with your stakeholders on  this. It’s absolutely okay to say “I’m not too sure but let me do some research and circle back with you on this”. Now, I know these are all focused on building soft skills but I truly believe that in order for one to master the technical skills required for any job, it’s crucial to build a solid foundation with your soft skills. We have been fortunate to work with some of the biggest brands in the world. PepsiCo are the second largest food and beverage business on the planet. They approached us with a unique challenge... 💻 Develop a learning platform to support 15K frontline sales staff. Based in Europe and the Sub-Sahara. 🗣 95% of staff only spoke their local language, with a basic understanding of English. So, PepsiCo needed training modules translated into 15+ languages. 📱 With poor Wi-Fi a common issue, PepsiCo needed all materials available offline via an app. 🌍 Each country supported, needed the ability to have full autonomy. End-to-end across the training process. The result... ✅ Accipio are a Totara Platinum Alliance partner. We provided PepsiCo with a custom Totara learning platform and app. The latter making training available offline. ✅ We built a diagnostic tool enabling supervisors to provide key feedback to users. The tool also identified individuals’ hidden strengths, weaknesses and blind spots. ✅ Materials translated into 15+ languages. PepsiCo hosted a competition to recruit local champions. Employees who could narrate learning for their local markets. ✅ Each country had its own tenancy, landing page (dashboard) and further localisation. ✅ The mobile-first strategy has enabled almost 500K module attempts. ✅ 2K learners have had their sales capabilities benchmarked over the last year. ✅ The platform has delivered big savings too. Concluding my enriching five-month journey at Youfoodz, I reflect upon the significant transformations that have unfolded. Embracing this change for my personal and professional growth, undoubtedly introduced an element of uncertainty and vulnerability. Transitioning from a familiar landscape of colleagues, routines, systems, and methodologies was indeed a profound shift. Nonetheless, my experience at Youfoodz has been a reassuring testament to the power of a welcoming team, a nurturing work environment, and of company values. Amidst this transition, I found myself supported by colleagues who fostered a sense of belonging. The culture here is conducive to growth and reassuring to my evolving journey. Currently, I find myself fully engrossed in the exploration of opportunities within the department reviewing and writing SOP’s, alongside the procurement of Packaging materials involving frequently changing Artwork. A path that I approach with enthusiasm and curiosity, eager to contribute my skills and dedication.

Thank you SUNTORY BEVERAGE & FOOD EUROPE and everyone I've met along the way during this beautiful chapter in my journey 🙏🏻 I was brought in to SBFE to harness insights and innovation capability for a newly formed Rapid Agile Product Innovation Development Squad (aka RAPIDS), an exciting, all star team that came together to take opportunities from ideas to in-store commercial testing in record time, pivoting, learning, done not perfect, but always determined to JFDI! We got really good at it, saw a few products go to market, and built an agile playbook that kept us going during lockdown...which also gave us a true competitive advantage coming out of it! Then, as the winds of change brought new leadership, new central teams, stronger ties to Japan, opportunities to collaborate with our colleagues at Beam Suntory, we began a more focused, determined innovation path and started building new capabilities and ways of working. I led the gemba, stewarded new consumer-led propositions, came to understand cultural codes that unlocked opportunities across different categories and once again was able to capture learnings that have become part of the Suntory Way and that others will continue to build on. Agility. Exploration. Perspective. It's who I am and what I do. It's also what keeps me looking for what's next and where I can continue to grow and learn. Last Tuesday marked 1 year of my journey at HEINEKEN Vietnam. 🎉 And it has been a BLAST! 💥 Top 3 things that make my journey so wholesome: #GROWTH 🚀  Near 20 months ago, I left my lucrative career as a Recruitment Consultant in search of growth - as I felt I was stagnated and with no way to breakthrough. It took me a while, and some bruised knees, but I can confidently say I made it! HEINEKEN provides me with an environment that offers exciting challenges, encourages ideas, and the opportunity to get things done. I tackled so many interesting business cases with the help of resources, mentors, coaches, supports, and endorsement from my superiors. #ENJOYMENT 🍻 All my trademark smiles in the short clip probably said it all, it’s the first time in my career I felt a job could bring me such joy. To quote Freddy Heineken, our founder: “I don’t sell beer, I sell gezelligheid” (gezelligheid = good times!). Days in and out, I know that my work is bringing value to a supply chain that not only creates tons of jobs, but also ones that have created so much gezelligheid. I also received positive feedback from my candidates and colleagues, which made me feel appreciated and motivated. #CONNECTION 🤝 Last but not least, HEINEKEN is a huge company! I was always thrilled to work with so many talented, energized and ambitious people. Nothing is like working in an atmosphere where everyone is striving for excellence, for value and constantly aims to improve themselves.
