Gil - Our CureNow:PD team was recently in Florida, and rented from Hertz for our trip (attending the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society event in Cartagena). We're a non-profit, registered 501 (c)3. Upon returning our vehicle early, Hertz decided that getting their vehicle back early was a reason to...wait for it...charge us MORE than they originally quoted, by over $300! We share this for all that are considering renting from Hertz, Dollar, or affiliated companies: beware. Not only did this show bad form, when we appealed, Hertz was downright rude: pay the extra amount - for less time! We expected better, and are terribly disappointed. #badform #poorcustomerservice #dobetter
