It’s a very exciting time to join the team, build the product, and support our clients. ⭐ What's the number 1 thing you enjoy the most about your new role: I am enjoying how friendly and collaborative the team has been with onboarding and training. Everyone has been excited for calls and questions. ⭐ What's the biggest goal/milestone in the new role: I am excited to get new clients into the product! ⭐ Tell us a Fun Fact about yourself: In 2023 I read 64 books! Last night truly was the best night of my career. Not because I won an award, not because I made the biggest sale of my life, not because I was recognized for anything… because a group of unbelievably talented people who I care about, came together and solidified a company stronger than themselves. I have always known Reveal was bigger than myself or any individual, but last night was truly special. Starting anything in life, but especially a business, isn’t easy. There are always road bumps, but there is also a level of perserverance that ultimately gets rewarded throughout the journey! The past 3 months, Reveal has solidified itself through people, product, and most importantly our partners. We have brought on amazing new talent and solidified more direct markets around the world to strengthen our distribution. But last night was extremely special! Not only did we launch 2 new products yesterday, but we celebrated as we turned the corner with tremendous speed and comradery! Reveal is not just a company or a brand, it’s not just a place of work… it’s different. It’s different because the energy is real, it’s different because the people care about doing good, it’s different because we believe in the success of our partners and people around us! #WhataNight #RevealLasers 🚀🚀🚂🚂

The perfect team doesn’t exist! Shocked? This is something I observed pretty early in my career. During my first job at J&J, I felt team members were much more than just coworkers. I mean, if you look carefully, assume you spend at least 8 hours a day in the office working with your colleagues. ➡️ Time spent in a week:- 8*5 = 40 hours (5 days a week) ➡️ Time spent in a year:- 40*52 = 2080 hours (~25 % of time in a year) Now that’s a lot of time And yet, if you still don’t know much about your team member in terms of what drives them and their journey. Something doesn’t feel correct, right? I had the same feeling when I thought about it, and it changed my perspective on team bonding. And as a result, I started putting effort into team bonding, and trust me, it worked wonders for me in terms of efficiency and getting thoughts from the team in and outside of work. To be honest, work has become more enjoyable. So what I want to say is: 🌟A good team is one where every member compliments each other's skills, contributions, and efforts to make things perfect, not the team.
