The recent changes to clawback in England is the latest funding challenge for Pharmacy in achieving a clear picture of their actual purchasing profit. With the new clawback percentages in England taking effect in January many pharmacies may be in for a surprise. Not Cambrian Alliance members though - anyone who gets our bespoke monthly purchasing profit reports will find accurate figures on their profits AFTER clawback. With the new fixed clawback % in England across generics (20%), Appliances (9.85%) and Brands (5%), all English members get these automatically calculated in their report - and other members are able to input their pharmacy's numbers directly.
