What are the hot topics right now? Although AI was a popular topic at a leadership conference I just attended, the underlying theme of most speeches was "uncertainty and unpredictability." Two data points emphasize this in the infographics below. The #1 trend for strategy and innovation professionals is "planning under extended uncertainty." The #1 speech for 2024 is "leading through uncertainty." Given this, you might be able to guess part of the revised subtitle for PIVOTAL. This change has been in the works. I've just been refining the language to get it right.
