Did you know all of Klue chats with each other every Friday morning? It’s the highlight of the week - we call it Show Don’t Tell 👀 It’s a chance for teams and individuals to show off stuff they’re working on that may not be ready for public eyes. It’s also a place where people take time to shout out their peers for working hard - there’s lots of love shared. 💜 And last but CERTAINLY not least, it’s a chance to roast your friends in the Zoom chat. The competition for most reactions in the chat may be the most competitive part of our week. It’s such an important part of the Klue Crew culture and it’s such a good hang that everyone shows up to (even if your camera is off while you’re making breakfast 😉) Retweet and show the highlight of your week with your co-workers 🤝

🔥 As the old saying goes, great minds think differently. Our Fireside Chats are a testament to that ethos. We gather around the metaphorical fire, a symbol of connection and warmth, and discuss diverse ideas, beliefs, and experiences that challenge the norms. But these chats are more than a simple Q&A session. They're an opportunity to share stories, voice thoughts, and immerse in a rich tapestry of perspectives. And the stories we've heard so far? They're stories of resilience, courage, and transformation, tales that push boundaries and inspire change. Have you ever attended a Fireside Chat? How did it impact you? Share your experiences or tag someone who you think would benefit from attending one of these sessions. Let's keep the conversation going! #SEEChangeHappen #DiversityandInclusion #FiresideChats #Empathy #AuthenticConversations #ShareYourStory #WorkplaceCulture #InclusiveLeadership #PositivePeopleExperiences

Hi LinkedIn community! Can any of you recommend any fun icebreakers you've used during an online meeting, to connect new team members that are geographically dispersed?! A lot of icebreakers have been overused, so I'm interested to know what you've used that has worked well or received good feedback? I heard a different one this morning: "What sock pairing system do you use at home?!" It got us to not only think about how we approach that task as an individual, but also consider how our colleagues approach that same task. I liked it as we were quite different in our approaches which provided lots of discussion, debate and new ideas! Any suggestions, please do comment 🙂 #icebreakers #teamconnectivity #newteams #connectivityonline

My team disagree with me! And I love it. I was reflecting on a week of catch-ups and various conversations that have happened. Debate and challenge is great and there is no doubt that it ultimately results in better decisions and outcomes. It’s even better when your team feel confident enough to have those challenging discussions. Echo chambers don’t work! A nice reflection before the start of the new week to enjoy active and lively conversations. #challengeyourself #diverseperspectives #empowerment

Does laughter/ fun have a place in the workplace? 😁 Or should we be careful about using it? ✋ My perspective: Research shows that the purpose of shared laughter to us as a species is to form social bonds. It deepens the connection between those sharing the laugh. 🤣😂 And it’s therefore key to creating great teams. 🔑 That’s why in all our workshops, we create natural moments for people to have fun together. In between the business stuff. 💴 And the deeper sharing stuff. Make sure you make space for it in your team get togethers. Your thoughts? Leah Tharin Mark Fenton Jean Auclair Christian S. There's a popular proverb that says :Quem não sente não é filho de boa gente ✍️ How do you feel about your team's "locker room" when they face failure and under performances in projects? Psychological Safety is key to creating sharing environments in which teams feel motivated to persevere and resignify moments of defeat. It tends to be a magic factor for Teams leads to change the question from: - what went wrong? 👉🏻 What did we learn? There is no rock science to create this open environments, but “just” being nice seems like an excellent starting point. 🙂
