As Indians, we are all very well versed with the concept of 'jugaad’. You know the one that shows us a unique blend of resourcefulness and creativity, especially when the going gets tough. It's a testament to the fact that constraints, often, breed creativity and innovation. Early in my entrepreneurial journey, faced with financial constraints and an eagerness to bring a vision to life, the traditional route of opening our own store seemed almost elusive. However, necessity, as they say, is the mother of invention. As doors seemed to be closing, the idea of franchising shone brightly. It wasn’t about just leveraging finance from others; it was about building and sharing a dream. We pitched not just a brand (which, at that time, only existed in designs) but a comprehensive package - technical know-how, marketing strategies, and unwavering support. Limited resources often become the unsung catalysts for groundbreaking innovations. They force us to think differently, challenge norms, and most importantly, believe that there's always a way. In our case, it was franchising. What's your 'jugaad' story? #jugaad #refeeljourney #entrepreneurship

Businessman buys mangos at 150 Rs per kg and sells them for 200 rupees in the market. Entrepreneur buys mangos for 150 rupees. He opens a shop, create amazing branding for the shop, install a juice machine, and sell the Mango juice for 400 rupees per glass! The point here is to focus on building your own brand as that becomes an asset when customers associate with a brand. Products are made in a factory, but brands are created in the mind.
