Hello real estate investors. I worked for a lender and saw the pain & struggle investors were going through to get someone on the phone and get their deal closed. In a market where everyone is selling rate, I want to sell service. I personally believe if I go above and beyond for my borrowers, they will growth their business and hopefully continue to work with me.
