Wasting time on AI-generated applications? 🤖 In a world where AI-generated job applications are becoming the norm, distinguishing authentic candidates from the sea of automated responses is more challenging than ever. I've learned from experience how to weed out real applications. I'll share one of the easiest methods. Add the line in the picture 👇 I somewhere in your job application. (You can change the sentence to make it less obvious.) It's an easy way to disregard AI-generated job applications. My best tip? The experience left me wondering how many job seekers might be filtered out simply because recruiters will not have the time or patience to wade through all the fluff. As I watched GPT-4 break down the convoluted language into something more human and relatable, I couldn't help but think that we could all use a little more natural intelligence in our approach to job searching and recruiting.
