Ashtanga Namaskara is a fundamental part of the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) sequence in yoga. It involves a series of eight distinct movements that are performed in a sequence, typically as part of a yoga practice. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

We are always changing, but during our senior years the shifts may become more noticeable to us.
