3 small but important points to review if the recruitment is not going as it should: ☑ Be clear, genuine and personal in describing the company's purpose and why you who represent the company work there. ☑ Think about which 5 qualities are crucial to succeed and thrive in the role and in what order of priority they are crucial. ☑ Think about which qualities you absolutely do NOT want. This will make it easier to make a selection. Now communicate these points 👆 internally (team, department, TA etc.), externally (job ad, linkedin, the company's web), and during interviews 🚀 Low hanging fruit stuff. Good luck out there 💪
