Its officially May and spring is in the air and the flowers are starting to bloom! But flowers aren't the only thing we love to see bloom! Here at Approach, we believe our employees and contractors are our most valuable asset. But simply having talented individuals isn't enough. To truly thrive, we need to create an environment where those talents can blossom and reach their full potential. Just like a beautiful garden, a successful company requires nurturing and care. Here's how we strive to cultivate a space where employees can flourish, both in our organization and in yours: Empowerment: We trust our team members to take ownership of their work. This fosters a sense of responsibility and allows individuals to develop their skills and decision-making abilities. Celebrating Strengths: We recognize that everyone brings unique talents and perspectives to the table. We value these differences and encourage employees to leverage their strengths for the benefit of the team. Open Communication: We foster a culture of open communication where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas, voicing concerns, and providing feedback. This two-way street helps us continuously improve and allows employees to feel heard and valued. By prioritizing employee growth and well-being, we're not just investing in our team, we're investing in the future of our company, and in yours! Happy, fulfilled employees are more engaged, productive, and innovative. This translates to better results for everyone.

Alongside being recognized as one of the top workplaces in Utah for 2023, Priority Dispatch was recognized for its focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Here's what we were told about how the process went: Energage sent a questionnaire to the 2023 Utah Top Workplaces regarding their DEI efforts. The detailed questionnaire gave companies an opportunity to share what they are doing around DEI, such as recruiting and hiring; compensation and benefits; professional development; employee involvement; and visible commitment. Each of the companies that responded was given a score by Energage based on the questionnaire responses. Six of them stood out. We're proud to be one of those six. We believe that a diversity of voices, viewpoints, and backgrounds makes us all better. #PriorityDispatch #DEI #Award

Good morning LI, I think Jesse's story and message is very important to share. It's understood within our organization the necessity of DE&I, but until you hear personal stories like his - it only then becomes tangible and speaks to folks in a different manner. If you have a chance, please take a look at his story below. People Spotlight: Jesse, a transition manager in Dallas, Texas, believes in the power of employee business resource groups to help build workplace connectivity – where the more perspectives we have, the better communities we build to foster a sense of belonging. Read more about Jesse here. https://cbre.co/3rnAOKC In our 16th annual Corporate Responsibility Report, we highlighted some of our people who are working toward our North Star — creating the real estate solutions of tomorrow, so businesses and people thrive.

No lies detected!!! As my first year at Ulteig - Transportation approaches, I would like to share my thoughts on why Ulteig is such a fantastic workplace. First off, the culture here is fantastic. The team is full of supportive, caring individuals who want to see each other succeed. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and collaborate on projects to ensure the best possible outcome. Another reason is the opportunities for growth and development. The company invests in its employees and provides ample resources for professional growth. There are always new challenges and projects to work on, which keeps things exciting and helps everyone continue to learn and improve. Finally, Ulteig truly values work-life balance. The company understands that employees have lives outside of work and encourages them to take time off to recharge and focus on personal priorities. This creates a positive, healthy work environment that helps everyone thrive. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to work at Ulteig. The people, culture, and opportunities for growth make it an extraordinary place to be. #BestPlacestoWork #WorkpaceCulture #TopWorkplace #NowHiring #UlteigLeads
For the sixth year in a row, Prairie Business magazine has named Ulteig as one of its 50 Best Places to Work! Human services organization Advocates already had a vision for how to build an inclusive and equitable organizational culture but struggled to reach all of their employees. Recognizing that their employees’ needs, locations, and modes of communication varied vastly, they partnered with YW Boston to develop an action plan for implementing their vision in a truly equitable way. Generational Diversity at Work With employees working well into their 60's and 70's and new grads joining the workforce, it's more common than ever to have four and possibly five generations at one workplace. Each generation has different working habits and management styles, with older workers offering experience and wisdom and younger ones offering fresh approaches. While the vast range of attitudes towards work and skill sets can create opportunity, it can also fuel tension as norms around working hours and attitudes shift. The Hickman family is a microcosm of generational diversity at work and offers a glimpse of how to respect others' skills and roles and steer clear of conflict.

Anyone love their ESOP so much they get a tattoo to celebrate? (Full disclosure: they were fake) Check out this short video to see why working for an employee owned business can be a transformative professional experience. #worthit #esop #fun
“I’m an employee-owner.” An ownership stake has transformative powers. Helping elevate work to a more meaningful place in employee-owners’ hearts and minds is just one incredible effect of an ESOP our teams experience every day.
