Last week I had the privilege of hosting a webinar on single-cell sequencing, thanks to the unwavering support of the Blastim HR: It is still all about people team and the exceptional contributions from my esteemed ex-colleagues, Marina and Anna. This technology stands at the forefront of molecular biology, and it's truly gratifying that we were able to disseminate a wealth of valuable information. I'm optimistic that this knowledge will empower our viewers to embark on their own single-cell projects. Marina and Anna were the driving force behind the success of this webinar. Their meticulously crafted presentation provided intricate insights into the nuances of preparing tissue samples, a pivotal step in generating impeccable sequencing data and creating illustrations that are primed for publication. What's even more exciting is that they offered glimpse into their upcoming article, which delves into a method that fuses tissue dissociation with cell suspension fixation. What looks like vacation is actually hard scientific work. In all honesty! O.k., admittedly we will probably also have a walk on the beach once or twice. Yet primarily we will be at the 13th conference on Isolated Biomolecules and Biomolecular Interactions (IBBI, https://ibbi2024.com) to discuss about the coupling of optical spectroscopy, #massspectrometry and related topics for a couple of days with people from all over Europe. Let's talk about time... What time is it? When will we meet? Until when will you work? 🕑 Mainly, to answer the first question, we are going to use the nominative case: 👉 "Dabar̃ pirmà valandà." To answer questions connected to the question word "when" we are going to use the accusative case. 👉 "Susitìksime pìrmą vãlandą." Lastly, to tell until when a certain activity is going to occur, we will use the preposition "iki" + the genetive case. 👉 "Dìrbsiu ikì pirmõs valandõs."
