• #Innovation at work • Today, as I was walking through Target, I got a personalized text message from a recruiter. Instead of being upset wondering where they got my phone number, I couldn’t help but be impressed by the delivery, use of relevant emojis, and lighthearted connection. They’re hiring for a senior IT systems administrator and somehow found me - so how is this innovative? PruittHealth Didn’t shoot in the dark - they knew my work and used their resources/time wisely. Didn’t spam with a cold “hey can you jump on a call” Put the contact info of the recruiter in their FIRST message Differentiated their recruiting approach to demonstrate their relevance, humanity, and culture 👏 I’m no stranger to getting regular emails from recruiters and talent managers - most of them are incredibly (vanilla) 😂 No, I’m not in the job market (nor am I looking); HOWEVER, if I was - this would be a conversation that would have my attention. #Talent #Recruiting
