It’s vitally important for any leadership development work to be done in alignment with an organization’s values. If not aligned, at worst you have conflicting messages, and at best you have a missed opportunity. Reminding participants of ISPE’s values and discussing how the day’s content fit with those values was an important part of what we did. How do you weave values into the leadership development in your organization?
