The MARS conference left me buzzing with a powerful feeling – the undeniable importance of community. Hearing passionate leaders speak about connecting with customers on a deeper level gave me chills. It's a yearning I see reflected in countless businesses, a desire to build something more meaningful. At Pit Crew Marketing, we believe in the transformative power of community. It's not just about transactions, but about fostering a space where people feel valued, supported, and connected. Imagine: - Empowering your customers: Rallying behind local causes they care about. - Celebrating your team: Shining a light on the heroes who make your business shine. - Building bridges with local businesses: Creating a vibrant network that thrives together. This is the future we're building at Pit Crew. We're not just a Loyalty Program – we're a catalyst for community. It's time to stop feeling isolated and start building something real. Ready to try something new? Let's chat! I'd love to hear your story and explore how Pit Crew can help you build community around your business. __ Image: Hiking Cathedral Rock last week with friends after the conference in Utah.

Let's talk about planting seeds—no, not the literal kind, but the ones that sprout growth and opportunity in our lives and businesses. Think about it: every conversation, every meeting, every choice—it's all a chance to sow something new. What we decide to do with those chances is what shapes our path forward. So, here's a little food for thought: ➡ In business, growth comes when we plant seeds of connection. Look beyond the office walls and see where you can sow new relationships. ➡ Within our teams, nurturing conversations where everyone's voice is heard can cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration. ➡ And let's not forget our communities—by giving back and building relationships, we can help our neighborhoods thrive. What are your thoughts on spreading seeds of opportunity? Let's hear 'em! 🌻

Embracing Community: From Solitude to Synergy #CommunityMatters #PathToSuccess #GrowTogether In life's journey, I've wandered across a few countries, starting anew, often in isolation. The weight of solitude was a burden, yet within it, I found the power to coexist with myself, to shape my character, and prepare for greater roles ahead. These quiet moments, though lonely, were my crucible for learning and growth. Building communities from scratch in places like Fort McMurray, (both figuratively and literally) and in Mexico hold some of my most cherished memories. Now, it's time to create a haven for others forging their paths. I envision a digital incubator, offering shared spaces and resources, enabling personal growth. But a physical space is equally crucial, fostering face-to-face connections and meaningful experiences. Solid communities offer Clarity, Direction, and Empowerment. Together, we're fortified to surpass limits and embrace aspirations. Let's journey together while working within our own power to achieve our highest visions of success. As we navigate life's labyrinth, let's celebrate the transformative power we all possess that can be supported and nurtured in the right community. From solitude to synergy, we're writing a story of growth, one connection at a time. Join me and the Arcane Kingdom on this Quest for Excellence. 🏰 Wishing you boundless success on your path ahead 🏰 #QuestForGrowth #CommunityFirst #TogetherWeRise #ArcaneKingdom

My office is in the streets. The brands I build start on the streets. Those same streets that most corporate boardroom actors want to control, yet are afraid to walk down. When you only Fear God, You can go anywhere in peace. You can connect with anyone. You can be humble enough to see the good in all. —- That's how I was able to network and develop a circle consisting of some of the most talented & disruptive people on planet earth. They are young Lions about to Roar, with brands on fire. —- I don’t do boardrooms & I'm not down with the corporations. How about you? (Please don’t watch to the end - it’s embarrassing…as if a sweaty, post-run video isn’t embarrassing enough!!). I love parkrun - the community, the support, the camaraderie, the consistency and certainty that it is always there. I hope the FRANK Community can offer a similar supportive environment for navigating life. Yes, it is online initially but the intention is it will grow organically through connection and recommendation and face-to-face events will happen in the future where we can show up and meet ourselves where we are at and not compare to where others are on their journeys. I hope FRANK will become a platform for learning and growth, practice and confidence building, exploration and innovation. Where we can face our fears, build resilience, keep accomplishing throughout life, nurture ourselves and each other and find kinship in the community. In other words, BE FRANK: FEARLESS RESILIENT ACCOMPLISHING NURTURING KIND Are you looking for some #clarity on what’s next for you? Want to #connect with others on their #journey? Do you want to practice ways to navigate your inner world better so you can have greater impact in the outer world? Wondering if you should be building a team to help reach your shared mission? It was funny because yesterday my incredible wife Kelsey sent me a text it really made me pause… #ProudHusbandMoment Not because she was writing to tell me how impressed and proud she is of what we’ve accomplished, what I’ve built. Thanks Kelsey, I love you. ❤️ But here’s the truth... It made me self-reflect because I couldn’t have done anything on my own, so I really don’t deserve the recognition. .. It’s not just me. It’s ‘we’. Not only has Kelsey allowed me to thrive as my life teammate, but WE HAVE built this together. 💪🏻 The CityLife community. All of us. It’s WILD to think that in the last five years, all of us have collectively built CityLife Residential into what it is today – the third fastest-growing company in Pittsburgh over the last three years. A chip and a chair. To over $100M in portfolio value in 5 Years. A business of 50 people waking up daily to attack goals! 📈 The thing is, the portfolio is what it is. It’s just a vehicle to build what we have built. A business, a community. A happy and thriving community of a group of like-minded people chasing the same vision of happiness in the workplace. More importantly, what we are going to achieve in the future. The additional people’s lives we will be able to bring into our community and change their life for the better. To help them find their happiness. So dang excited. Look out world, we aren’t slowing down. 🌍🚀 Let’s go! 👊🏼

📢 People often underestimate the power of parks. They are one of the few "third spaces" left for people to congregate without issue. Studies show that time spent in parks can improve mental health and also improve your sentiments about your hometown. 🌳 City of Plano's Director of Communications, Shannah Hayley, is proof of that concept. She's a massive fan of Plano's many parks. Locals even see her jogging and running through the parks as part of her own health routine.👀 🏆 Like other Plano residents, she's proud to live there. Recently, she was also proud to announce that Plano broke a major record related to those parks. Plano received the National Recreation and Park Association's National Excellence Award. 🌟 🥇 It wasn't just a regular award. It was a gold medal. Moreover, it was given to Plano for an unprecedented fifth time. This broke a record and also put Plano on the top of the charts once more. 💯 🏙️ I love to hear about how cities make the lives of residents better, and that includes the awards they get for them. Parks are such an important part of local environments. I just hope that others know about all the amenities they can receive at them. 💡 At Citibot, we thrive on witnessing communities receive the recognition they deserve for the incredible work they do. Our mission is centered around building trust and fostering strong connections between governments and residents through accessible chat communications. I am fascinated by the spectacular story of Plano's parks. Shannah, would you be interested in joining us for a local government leadership Zoom interview and sharing your story? Dear Groundwork Community, We want to share with you the significance of cultivating a sense of internal well-being, a practice we emphasize deeply within Groundwork. It's not an instantaneous state one reaches; rather, it's a continuous practice that unfolds daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. At Groundwork, we choose to frame this as a "practice" rather than a discipline because, much like tending to a garden, it's about cultivation. Over time, you learn to find contentment within, freeing yourself from the need for external validation, the fear of rejection, or the pressure to conform for validation. This internal well-being becomes the bedrock of a transformative journey. The freedom that blossoms from being internally secure is, in my belief, the key to unlocking life's vast opportunities. It's a lifetime chance to reduce dependence on external factors for self-approval. Once you've established this foundation of internal well-being, your engagements with the world become life-affirming, purposeful, clear, and joyful, leading to results that surpass your most ambitious visions. With ease.
