My favorite interview question... It's one to ask marketers and writers. "How do you know your [plan/campaign/content/copy] is generating results?" The answer is a dealbreaker. Listen for: ☑ Is this person concerned with results? ☑ Do they focus on achieving goals? ☑ Do they know how to measure results? ☑ Have they produced results?
