💥USAA would rather risk my children's life/well being than replace their car seats.💥 My husband is an active duty service member and we are currently being screwed over USAA auto insurance after having an EF1 tornado hit our house and car. I have been told that USAA has decided to stand behind the refusal to replace our children's car seats regardless of the instruction of the Ohio head of child safety and Graco the car seat manufacturer stating that💥 THESE CAR SEATS ARE NOT SAFE TO USE. If my kids were injured in these car seats, insurance would not pay for their injuries or death. 💥 Ken Rosen CEO VP of claims has informed me that USAA has deemed them safe, despite admitting they are not car seat experts and the car seat experts telling them the seats are not safe. According to Ohio Revised Code 4511.81 "the operator of the motor vehicle shall have the child properly secured in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions in a child restraint system that meets federal motor vehicle safety standards" meaning it is not only unsafe but illegal to reuse them.
