Such a powerful reminder: "Being a leader isn't about what you can do – it's about what you bring out in others" - thank you!

As someone who has been in leadership roles before, I can attest to the challenges that come with it. It's not just about what you can do as an individual, but how you can bring out the best in others. Building a team that is motivated and working towards the same goal can be difficult, but it's essential for success. I also think that staying primed to capture unexpected opportunities is crucial, as it allows you to stay ahead of the curve and take advantage of new developments. Thank you for sharing these lessons Anna Mohl, and I look forward to implementing them in my leadership journey.
