A client has been unable to access their CPanel for the past 5 days despite attempts to reset the password proving futile. Consequently, the client is without a website this week. The support staff has not been able to offer a solution, only stating that they have escalated the matter. In addition to this ongoing issue, 45 client sites have experienced downtime this week due to intermittent server problems, resulting in the loss of 8 clients.
