Workshops facilitate skill transferability and foster employees’ personal growth. In our efforts to lead the way in this aspect, Rakesh Chandrashekar envisioned an insightful workshop series along with employees from the Food & Operations team.
Our first session was kicked off led by our Culinary Head, Soumendu Sarkar. This session focused on the aims and objectives of cooking. During this intriguing session, we explored the objectives and principles that guide culinary arts, dipped into the diverse textures of food preparation, and dissected the intricate techniques that bring flavors to life.
We embarked on a journey through the various cooking methods that transform raw ingredients into delectable dishes and gained valuable insights about the key constituents of cooking.
