Can some of you analysts (armchair or professional) help us to understand the biggest factors affecting the natural gas market right now? Is it limits to flaring/being forced to connect gas that is associated with highly-economic oil production? Limits to LNG exports? Futures traders? Something else? All articles or well-informed opinions welcome. Happy that my next two deals are focused on oil. https://lnkd.in/g-CzyG_V to take a look. #gasinthetrash #naturalgas #bowersoxexploration

Natural Gas Futures Market’s Wild Swings Set To Continue Natural gas storage capacity hasn't increased at a pace with production, which has been soaring in the past decade. Adjusted for inflation, natural gas prices slumped last week to their lowest level since the New York Mercantile Exchange launched trade in U.S. natural gas futures in 1990. Until storage capacity rises, U.S. natural gas producers will continue to respond to prices by either lowering or boosting output.
