Amanda is a certified Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Abatement Project Designer in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee. She specializes in a wide variety of Environmental Due Diligence including Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), asbestos inspections and abatement project design, and indoor air quality assessments (IAQ). She has managed projects of varying sizes ranging from single-type properties to large multi-story commercial and institutional facilities. Amanda has been leading, coaching and mentoring a team of field scientists and staff consultants on the Due Diligence and Industrial Hygiene team in the Mid-South region.
