Creator of The 10-Week Transformation | Helping You Regain Confidence In Your Body | Speaker, Podcaster, Event Host
“There’s no way I could do that.” I’ve had a couple of clients tell me, “I’m glad I didn’t look too much into the 10-Week Transformation before I joined, because if I did, I probably wouldn’t have joined.” What they mean is if they had seen some of the exercises that we did, they would’ve thought, “that’s not for me.” Or “I could never do that.” This is because we, more often than not, underestimate our abilities. We underestimate how capable we are, how strong we are, how adaptable we are, and how resilient we are. But every single one of you - even if you’re confident and have high self-esteem - are more capable than you think you are. And you need a good coach and a supportive community to pull that out of you. And that’s exactly what you’ll get in the 10-Week Transformation. The next 10-WT goes from April 22nd to June 27th, and I’d love to have you join us. I’d love for you to reveal what your truly capable of with your health and fitness. Find out by registering tomorrow - Thursday March 7th - when registration opens. Go to www.nickcarrier.com to learn more. #nashvillefit #muscicityfit #nashvilletn #fitspiration #fitpo #fitnessmotivation #fitnesstrainer #healthcoach #10weektransformation

Have you been trying to build some consistency in an area of your life? I have been using the Peloton app to build some consistency in my workouts to improve my strength and support my health. Once I get into a habit it is so much easier. Much like when creating other good habits in both personal life and business, whether that be social posts or eating more healthily. #motivation #consistency #business #sportstherapy #sportsrehab #mskpractitioner

Empowering Dads for Holistic Well-being | Wellness Coach | COMING SOON - Transformative Year-long Program: Fitness, Mindset, Relationships, and Future Vision | Building a Stronger You, Inside and Out
🚀 Embracing Change: My Fitness Journey and Future Focus 🚀 I still vividly remember my first steps into the high school gym at 15. Unfamiliar territory, yet an overwhelming excitement filled me. Little did I know, that moment marked the beginning of a 19-year journey, filled with weightlifting, fitness shows, injuries, and becoming a personal trainer. Through it all, the core lesson was clear - the power of intention in the world of fitness. Now, at 34, I've decoded the true essence of wellness: intention. Stepping into a gym is a shared experience that transcends boundaries – age, culture, beliefs. It's a collective commitment to growth and betterment. It's where fears dissipate in the face of a community ready to guide those finding their way. A realization hit me: for the past decade, I've been sidestepping my true passion – my love for fitness. Lifting weights and exercising isn't just a routine; it's my sanctuary. It's where I pursue the best version of myself, free from external judgment. It's time to embrace this passion fully, turning it into a career. Prepare for a shift in my content. I'm honing in on a specific audience - full-time working dads navigating sedentary jobs, grappling with work-life balance, yearning for personal and professional growth, and keen on strengthening the bonds with their children. My focus will be on those striving to enhance physical health, gain mental clarity, fortify relationships, and find purpose in their journey. I'll tackle the challenges of limited time, motivation, and the quest for sustainable changes. Join me on this transformative journey. Let's dismantle barriers, set meaningful goals, and collectively elevate our well-being. Here's to unveiling a new chapter, where passion meets purpose, and the bonds with our children grow stronger. Here is a younger, full of passion, Thomas from 2016, a year where a lot changed in my life that put a stall in my future plans, yet I still feel that person. Time to bring him back. 💪✨ #FitnessJourney #PassionUnleashed #TransformativeWellness #DadLife

Female Entrepreneurs: Boost energy, skyrocket efficiency, drop weight—no family trade-offs, just fitness wins - all in just 9 weeks!
This may sound crazy but it’s true... I’m lucky. For a few reasons. Let me explain. First off - have you ever felt like you’ve tried everything, yet nothing seems to work when it comes to your health and fitness goals? It’s a frustrating place to be, filled with disappointment and doubt. You’ve experimented with countless diets, workouts, and programs, only to find yourself back at square one, wondering if you’ll ever make progress. But here’s the thing: it’s not that nothing works; it’s that you haven’t found what works for you yet. I’m lucky because I have given myself the opportunity to try many different things over the years. And now I have found what works for me! So instead of seeing past failures as evidence of your inability to succeed, consider them as stepping stones on your journey toward discovering your unique path to wellness. In a world filled with quick fixes and one-size-fits-all solutions, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters - finding sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your individual needs and preferences. What works for someone else may not work for you, and that’s perfectly okay. Rather than getting caught up in comparison or feeling discouraged by past setbacks, embrace a growth mindset. See each challenge as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. I’m lucky because I understand that setbacks are a natural part of the journey and can ultimately lead you closer to your goals. As someone who has experienced the highs and lows of the fitness journey firsthand, I understand the frustration of feeling like nothing works. But I’m here to remind you that there is hope. By shifting your mindset, staying resilient in the face of adversity, and remaining open to experimentation, you can break free from the cycle of frustration and discover what truly works for you. So, don’t give up. Your breakthrough may be just around the corner. #fitmom #momlife #fitover40 #fitover30 #healthylifestyle #mindset #fitnessmotivation

Workplace Chemist | Leadership Strategist for Organizations Looking to Increase Ownership across the organization | trademarked Productivity Process | Board Leadership| Author | Dog Lover | Foodie
Happy New Year and if you took some time off, welcome back. Thinking about 2024 and your year ahead, here's a statistic to share: 43% of all human behavior is habitual (according to Wendy Wood, a professor of psychology at USC). Understanding this, what could possibly come out from shaking up your same old, same old routine? I've made a conscious effort of trying to do less on auto pilot and more of engaging my brain this January. For instance, while I'm doing sets and repetitions at the gym, I take turns starting on my left side rather than my dominant right side. This means I have to concentrate more and do the work. When I do this I feel the muscles more. I've also shaken up my routine while getting ready for an evening out. Instead of feeding and walking the dog first, I shower and dress first so I don't feel rushed when it comes to taking a shower. I notice changing this order has made me less tense, the dog less tense, and allows me to transition more quickly between work and play. These changes also make me consider how can I be more mindful when I am working. I stop and think "how else can I be doing something better rather than relying on past habits? " What could you adjust easily to open the door for more possibilities in other aspects of your life? #innovativeleadership #mindfulness #2024vision #gym #routine #play

As we look ahead to 2024, let's prioritize our well-being and set boundaries when needed. Saying "no" can be powerful and essential for self-care. Let's feel confident in prioritizing our personal needs without guilt. Growth and self-care may require changes in habits and priorities. Even if it means saying "no" to those who are used to hearing "yes". Let's encourage understanding and self-compassion for everyone's unique journey. Participating in Dry January? Going to bed early for a morning workout? Leaving a party to get enough sleep? Fantastic! Let's leave the guilt behind for saying "no" and not setting boundaries in 2023. Remember, boundaries are sexy! As Robin Arzón with Peloton Interactive says, if it's not a "hell yes," it's a "no thank you!" So, let's prioritize our well-being in 2024 and beyond! #selfcare #personalgrowth #boundaries
