On a scale of 1-10, how effective do you think this feedback is? ... "Your training videos suck." 🤔 That was the feedback I received on a Zoom call once from a very direct marketing consultant. The graphics and the audio all needed improving. There was a grain of truth in the statement, but could it have been delivered more effectively? If you have ever been given poorly communicated feedback, or if you struggle with giving it, check out Darin Harm's workshop today!
