What does Jo’s Co-Founder & real life bestie have to say? “I couldn’t imagine running luna with anyone else – Jo is a compassionate, determined, and exceptional Co-Founder who has an incredible ability to spin many plates all at once and do it all at such an incredible standard. From a personal perspective, Jo supported me through an extremely hard time in my personal life last year when my mum unexpectedly passed away just 1 week before my wedding. With no notice, Jo stepped up to pick up my work responsibilities and I took time out immediately – business metrics and milestones did not slip while I was away. I was able to take the time off I needed guilt free and return to work with so much support. I think this demonstrates resilience and alignment between us both as a pair.” -Jas Schembri-Stothart Have any questions for Jo about her role at luna? Drop them in the comments below ⬇️

Result-Driven Social Media Manager Specialized In Creating Successful Online Strategies For Top-Tier C-Suite Executives And Innovative SaaS Founders.
Yesterday, I had the honor of being invited to speak at a ladies' event about leveraging social media for your business. To be honest, I was scared. I'm naturally shy, and the thought of standing in front of a crowd, and sharing my knowledge, made me feel like I was going to mess up big time. But then I made a decision: I decided to show up and do it scared. I told myself that feeling fear was okay, but letting it stop me wasn't an option. And guess what? It paid off in ways I never imagined. Not only did the women enjoy my teaching and practical class, but many of them started asking for my contact information and private classes. It was a rewarding experience. Now, as we step into the second half of the year, I can't help but reflect on all the abandoned projects and unfinished goals that we often leave behind because we feel shy, limited, or incapable. Maybe there's something you started with so much enthusiasm at the beginning of the year but left halfway because you doubted yourself. Or perhaps there's a dream you've been too scared to pursue. But let me tell you this: there is still so much you can accomplish in the remaining half of the year. Dust off those dreams, revisit those goals, and show up for yourself. Even if you're scared, do it anyway. Doing it scared is better than not doing it at all. Remember, courage isn't the absence of fear, it's taking action despite it. So, let's make a pact. Let's commit to showing up for ourselves in these next few months. Let's chase our dreams, finish those projects, and reach for those goals. We owe it to ourselves to see what we can achieve when we don't let fear hold us back. Welcome to the second half of the year. I'm rooting for you and I can't wait to see you at the top! #secondhalfoftheyear #yeargoals #doitanyway #csuiteexecutives #saasfounders #thesocialmediagenius

Media Tech Entrepreneur | Founder of EBO.™ | Serving A Global Community of Vetted Experts | Journalist Turned Innovator
🌟 Embracing Growth and Commitment 🚀 Whew LinkedIn Fam, the journey of a founder is a rollercoaster, but oh, the thrill of it all! 😄 Today, I want to share a heartfelt shout-out to everyone who's been part of the incredible EBO, Corp. journey since Day One. #FounderLand is never dull, but the impact we make is what truly matters. Intent doesn't negate impact, and that realization fuels our commitment to growth and doing the work that matters. It's been an awe-inspiring ride, breaking through barriers to secure funding and becoming the 0.41% of black women to receive venture funding for a tech platform. A marvel in itself! In refining our mission to deliver dynamic talent representing all voices, we recently took a bold step. A mailer to our media partners, extending opportunities to our earliest adopters for impactful bookings during Black History Month. As a founder, I must own that our intentions, though pure, fell short in providing proper notice to some of our cherished early adopters. We were simply "doing the work" promised from the start – getting diverse talent booked. At EBO, we pride ourselves on making bookings fast, efficient, and inclusive. Every talent we've offered, whether through our platform or mailers, has willingly opted into EBO's terms of service. To our users, potential partners, and earliest adopters, we sincerely hope you're still committed to our mission and vision. If not, reach out, and while we'd hate to see you go, we'll gladly remove you from our database as we grow. Our commitment is unwavering, and it's an honor to undertake this meaningful work. Each instance of growth is critical for our real-time impact, and for that, we are truly grateful. 🙏💫 In the meantime, LET'S GO! It's time to get more dynamic talent seen and heard and we'll keep getting better in the process. Founder & CEO at Propel Paralegal Services 🌎| Expert in Virtual Paralegal Services and Bankruptcy 🔥| Empowering Attorneys to Streamline and Scale their Practice💡
Next month is Propel’s two-year anniversary; 🎂 I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've embarked on together as a team. The level of growth we've achieved is truly remarkable, and I attribute it wholeheartedly to our dedicated and like-minded team, who bring their passion to work every day. The team is everything; without them, I would never have achieved what we have. We are so much stronger together. This morning, after an energizing group fitness class, 🏋️♀️💪I was struck by an unexpected analogy. Just as in business, group fitness involves a community of passionate individuals working together, feeding off each other's energy, and aiming towards a common goal. We worked out to an eclectic mix of music – 🎶from African beats to Bollywood, salsa to hip-hop, and some soothing cooldown tunes, mirroring the varying changing rhythms of our business journey. Much like our workouts, in business, there are times when we need to adapt quickly, moving to the fast-paced rhythm of the market, leaping over challenges with agility and innovation. There are also moments where we need to slow down, pay attention to our form and ensure every move we make is precisely calibrated to yield the best results. All of this, while constantly preventing burnout and maintaining the well-being of our team. Personally, I thrive on this kind of adrenaline-filled pace, where challenges fuel me, and the exhilaration of overcoming them gives me an endorphin rush that makes me feel unstoppable. 💫 But, just as we slow down to perfect our forms in the gym, I also recognize the value of pausing in business to ensure our strategies are sound and our direction is clear. Business, like fitness, is about keeping us on our toes, ensuring our minds and muscles work in harmony to better our business and our lives. 🧠💼 At Propel Paralegal Services, we embody this spirit in everything we do. Here's to our unstoppable Propel team and the exciting journeys that lie ahead! Let's keep propelling forward! 🚀🎉🔝 #PropelParalegalServices #PPS #BankruptcyLaw #BankruptcyAttorney #VirtualLegalServices #VirtualParalegal #PropelParalegals #BestTeamEver #BestClientsEver #BankruptcySupport #Efficiency #SaveTime #LegalProfessionals #BankruptcyParalegalServices #ParalegalSupport #TeamWork #VirtualBankruptcyServices #LegalTechRevolution #BusinessGrowth #FitnessInBusiness🌐

Stepping into an existing venture as a late cofounder is a rich, intense experience. Here’s why it’s exciting: * Very early days are behind. Now, it’s all about accelaration and reaching the next level. * You bring a fresh perspective. Immediate, impactful changes are within reach. * There’s still a lot to be figured out. It’s a chance to use a very diverse skill set. But let’s also be real: * Embracing the existing company culture while introducing your own style is a delicate balance. * Addressing legacy issues is cumbersome, but necessary for competitiveness. * Tough decisions are inevitable. It’s not about popularity, but about progress. Thrilled to discuss the topic with great late cofounders (Gabrielle Sergent, Philippe Maso y Guell Rivet) and Hexa (Augustin Celier) on June 18th. When did your last joint venture make you feel like this? 👇 Remember the post about reaching out to your network and collaborating with someone in your space to amplify your message? Watch out, world. More details about what the amazing Joy Hoover and I are doing in the comments below, but I wanted to take a second to bask in the FEELING of collaboration. When Joy and I sat down to talk about the ways she and I are aligned, sparks flew. Ideas percolated. Laughter reverberated. Waiters sighed because they knew we were gonna be there a while... We quickly realized that our combined forces could lead to something bigger than just the sum of our parts. It's like discovering a secret ingredient that suddenly makes everything click. The energy, the creativity, and the potential for impact are all magnified. Our meeting was a powerful reminder that when we open ourselves up to collaboration: 🌟We pool network and mental resources. 🌟We create new avenues for innovation, support, and community building. 🌟We push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and make waves together that we couldn't make alone. So, here's to finding your collaborative soulmates, to the magic of joint ventures, and to the remarkable outcomes they can produce.🌟 (...and here's to leaving big tips to waiters who display infinite patience, grace, and bring unending drink refills!) Now, over to you! Is there a collaboration you've been dreaming about or contemplating lately? What's holding you back, and more importantly, how can you take that first step towards making it a reality? Let's inspire each other to leap into those partnerships that could change everything. "I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot; together we can do great things." - Mother Teresa

🚀 In the fast-paced startup world, it's crucial to pause and celebrate achievements. Acknowledging milestones isn't just a nicety; it's essential for sustaining motivation and preventing burnout. Amidst the countless tasks and challenges, recognizing each victory – big or small – is key. Whether it's landing a new partner, placing an order for the goods, unloading he very first truck in the very new warehouse, or overcoming obstacles, these milestones reflect the team's dedication and resilience. Taking time to celebrate doesn't just boost morale; it reinforces progress and collective effort. Embedding this celebration into company culture cultivates a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. In the startup journey, celebrating wins is a necessity, not a luxury. It revitalizes teams, reignites passion, and serves as a compass through entrepreneurial highs and lows.
