February Roundup… (just 11 days late) The biggest turnaround for a launch I’ve yet to work on. DO NOT recommend a double launch at the end of the shortest month in the year, but we survived and smashed it. Powered purely by Dudley’s coffee, we managed to navigate a brand new website in the midst of the launches of Hepworth Place & Feature 17 and the selling out of Beam Park. *If you manage to watch the video without getting motion sickness then I haven’t fully encapsulated what February felt like for the marketing team*

A busy afternoon at the Business Design Centre putting the final touches to our Countryside Homes stand at The London New Home Show for this weekend. Our first influencer collaboration at Countryside Partnerships London East to celebrate Energy Saving Week. We invited Arthy and The Oracle Group down to Beam Park to film a new campaign outlining just some of the ways in which buying a new build home can save you money. Even with a very short turnaround, this campaign has been enjoyable from start to finish. Looking forward to projects to come!

2023 roundup at Countryside 🏡 A year of changes - working across 6 London sites, which brought with it, 5 showhome dressings, numerous successful events and campaigns, as well as a brand new (& beautiful) marketing suite. Between system changes, mortgage rates and the merge of Vistry Group and Countryside Partnerships, 2023 has had it’s difficulties but who doesn’t love a challenge?! Looking forward to what’s to come in 2024. Kicking the year off with the London Home Show, a new social strategy and two development launches 🚀 Big thanks to Emma Howard, Jessica Munday, Gemma Simmons & Courtney McAllen for getting me through!

This weekend Beam Park will be hosting a Homebuyers Guide Event. Our experienced sales team will be providing an informative open house event where experts can support potential buyers at every step of the home-buying process, from floor plan selection, to incentives available, to securing the best financing option.
