Managing Director @ Twenty Two Growth Strategy | International Marketing | Digital | Leadership | Business Development | Life Science
~ Global still local ~ As Aport continues to grow our operation into Europe, the learning curve has been huge. New markets, Customers with both global and local priorities, language barriers, compliance.... however many areas don't change wherever you do business.... Both lists are endless and some quite obvious, but my top three summary looks like this: * Local knowledge is power. Local language (culture/tone and actual words!) is essential. Our Aport Germany team have been worth their weight in gold for this! 🙏Ute Janßen Thim Werner Andrew Powers * Retaining the same high levels of training and standards, company values and ethos requires strategic planning, commitment/investment into growth and ACTION! * What never changes though; is success is built on relationships - Listening, interviewing, questioning and learning. How can we be better?, how can we help you across multiple territories? What data can we provide you, what system or process work for you in Germany that doesn't in Scandinavia? for example. We are hugely grateful to the wonderful customers we have, who look to aport as a partner with whom to grow and share best practice within the life science/laboratory/relocations space. Your insights are beyond valuable. Really exiting times, where no day is the same. Definitely my kind of Monday!

📈 To tackle the current and growing labour shortages, a transition towards a skills based labour market is required. Amongst others, this transition asks for an infrastructure to seamlessly share data on skills and education. 🎬 First steps towards such an infrastructure are taken in the DS4Skills project! Curious to hear more details? Watch this video about the blueprint for the data space for skills that we developed. On behalf of TNO, we contributed to the inventory of skills data initiatives, the technical aspects of the blueprint and the collaboration with the Data Spaces Support Center. 🗨️ Reach out if you want to learn more or contribute to next steps!

🎅🎄🕯⭐ Yet another new year in Logistics is fast approaching, so let’s have a look on the past year. 2023 has been a very busy, but an exciting year. We kicked off the year with the news about Blue Equity contracting a partnership with Langebæk and acquiring a minority shareholding. The common ambition is to create an even stronger Langebæk for the future. This year, we have been advising and delivering logistics solutions to more than 70 customers. At the same time, we are running more than 100 ongoing projects, around half of them are 2023 developments. Thank you to all customers that have chosen us as their trusted advisor. We have expanded the staff in both Denmark, Sweden, and Norway with number of skilled colleagues. As a new organizational addition, we have upgraded in Human Resources. In total, we grew by 16% employees that now count 8 nationalities. Also, this year several anniversaries have been marked among our dedicated employees: Both 5, 10, and 15 Langebæk anniversaries have been held. This makes us very proud. This autumn, we together with Optilogic have formed a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing our ability to deliver value to customers in the Nordic Region via deployment of Optilogic’s technology solutions. This includes adoption of Cosmic Frog as the Supply Chain Design technology for network analysis and simulation. During the year, we have also been privileged to participate in different events. Just to highlight a couple of successes; At the Logistik & Transport Fair in Sweden, we met customers and suppliers, and a lot of young professionals at DSE in Denmark and INKA in Sweden. Finally, we also facilitated an event with a sustainable agenda in Norway. 2024 is ahead, and we are optimistic and expectant to continuing our journey in a positive path. We have new and ongoing projects, especially in the Norwegian market, our latest office establishment. To continue meeting our customer’s demand we’ll also welcome even more skilled colleagues in the new year. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year. 🎅🎄🕯⭐ #logistics #supplychain #consulting #balancedlogistics #langebaek
