Having deployed over $850M, 2023 for Spotter meant successfully expanding and operationalizing our mission to empower the hundreds of creators we have funded with community and knowledge offerings at scale, including: 💡 Proprietary data and insights ✉ Exclusive community events and experts 🤝 Dedicated support ✨ Early access to tools in the works 2024 for Spotter will mean expanding our mission once again, but this time to support more creators in more ways irrespective of their eligibility or appetite for capital. We fundamentally believe that if Spotter helps creators grow now, we can build a long-term partnership together across all of our offerings. I could not be more excited to further this expanded mission in a new role leading the newly-formed Creator Team to effectively support more creators and deepen our relationships with them. Repeating yourself in your marketing is a good thing. I know, that sounds silly and probably goes against every urge in your body. But repeating yourself in your marketing is necessary. When I work with a client to manage their social media marketing, I set the stage. We start by creating their content buckets. Part of that is understanding how often I'm going to be posting for them about their offer. As you can probably guess by the way I started this post, it's a lot. You can't over sell and repeating yourself is not only a good thing but also necessary for making the sale. But you can't just literally go about social media by posting the same post over and over. Quality content is better than the quantity of it when it comes to social marketing. I never encourage my clients to post daily. Honestly because it's not necessary. If you're able to put out that much content and have it be quality content that really connects with your audience then all the more power to you. I mean, I put out a ton of content because, well, that's what I do! But if you're struggling with coming up with content and showing up regularly, then you need to find out what you CAN do first. Because one post that's really tailored to your ideal client is far better than 10 posts that highlight how fast you truly wrote them (or used AI to generate them). With those 10 posts you put out that were done in a hurry and just with the thought of needing to get something out there, your audience might see them on their feed but they'll scroll by so fast, nothing in your caption or image will catch their interest enough to stop. But with the one post that's curated with their needs and challenges and wants in mind, they'll be drawn in when scrolling through. Your hook will stop them in their scroll, the body will capture their attention, and your CTA will guide them all the way to booking a call with you. That's the difference between quality over quantity. If you're showing up with the thought that you have to - you'll find zero success no matter how often you're posting. But when you show up with your ideal client in mind and the desire to help, you'll start booking clients left and right. And that's what I can show you how to do.
