I met Chris Beaumont back in 2022 and we bonded over our mutual love for animals. For the last two years I’ve heard him talk about his true love, Hugo, and today we finally get to meet him 😍 Dogs in the office makes a day in the office so much more fun 🐶

For years I’ve run, but never been able to get past the 5km mark. A few months ago I made a promise to myself that I would push myself a little further. Someone recently told me “1% more each time”, and the last few runs I’ve really been embracing this mentality. A month ago, I was only running 5km, 2 weeks ago did my first 10km, and on Sunday hit my first 15km. For some, this isn’t much, but for someone who genuinely hated running and would struggle to do a 5km without stopping, I’m pretty bloody happy with it. So I challenge you LinkedIn to focus this week on implementing this 1% more mentality into your daily routine and pushing yourself each & every day. With time & consistency, results and improvement are guaranteed to come ✨
