I’ve never made President’s Club, but after having my most successful sales day ~ever~ on Friday, with a lot more in the pipeline to close in June, I thought I’d provide a few backstories on some of the deals to hopefully assist others. TLDR: forming strong relationships with your client/supplier partners can be very beneficial to your pipeline. - Client 1: I was familiar with this client but never really had a contact there, especially with a previous contact leaving. At a recent conference, a very loyal and amazing client of ours brought the contact over to our area to introduce them to us, and then a supplier partner helped with some correspondence post-conference. Fast forward a few months, we’re now partners! - Client 2: I was having some difficulty getting in front of the client and a fellow industry supplier was already doing business with them. While I was in this client’s city (where the supplier happened to live as well), the supplier scheduled a little meet and greet with the client to drop off a care package (and introduce me). Fast forward a few years, we’re now partners! #multifamily #propertymanagement #studenthousing

Do you know one of the main reasons timeshare salespeople in Orlando clean up financially? It's because they do group sales presentations. It means they can get their message in front of lots of high-fit prospects at a time. Now, while I certainly don't recommend using some of a timeshare salesperson's hardcore sales tactics...
