This is the way to go for African airlines to reap from the fruits of SAATM. Next should be total removal of market entry barriers through permitting full utilisation of the fifth freedom of the air.
📌Last day of "SAATM-PIP Cluster 1 Coalition Roadshow" in Windhoek, Namibia It is our belief that as more 5th freedom traffic rights are being granted under SAATM, airlines can manage to connect more city-pairs in Africa which will in turn lead to the full maximization of the benefits associated with the direct & indirect gains from a competitive environment. 📅21st – 22nd September, 2023
