Today’s decision by the Supreme Court to overturn the Chevron doctrine will present challenges to preserving the many decades of progress we have made in protecting people and the planet. It will have major implications for implementing and enforcing laws related to such issues as air pollution, public lands management and endangered species protection. The decision impacts the ability of federal agencies to take the actions needed to successfully implement laws enacted by Congress. That is concerning, given the deep scientific expertise and practical experience they have in implementing and enforcing these laws, many which relate to complex and ambiguous issues. As someone deeply committed to environmental protection, I'm eager to support The Nature Conservancy in navigating these challenges and advocating for effective implementation of crucial environmental laws.
Disgraceful !!! Even more reason to pool our resources and talents to make sure the advances and rules are upheld.
AWFUL
My heart is breaking for our nation and the world as we continue towards mass extinction of species. I can’t imagine what lack of understanding motivates such irrational decisions. Nature Conservancy please keep fighting with us!

The Supreme Court has been supremely disappointing lately… All too often, private interests dominate decision making and ultimately cause negative impacts on millions of lives. It’s a stark reminder of our powerlessness in comparison to political powerhouses with greedy agendas.
It’s truly amazing how the Stupid Humans are hell bent on thier own annihilation as a species on this planet all for the sake of the Almighty dollar money, money, money, greed, greed, greed, not even realizing they’re killing ourselves
So sad…we’re supposed to be moving forward not backwards 💔
