Work hard but never get an atta-boy? Or worse yet, never give them? It's amazing how much one does. Literally mood changing! Just a quick "Great job" or "Well done" goes such a long way. It can change the whole vibe of the team or the entire office! Take the time to compliment, validate, congratulate or tell someone that you see them, that their hard work has not gone unnoticed. It's like watering a flower...watch how it blooms. 🌸🌻🌷
