This is a remote position in which the candidate can live anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate understands the need to continue the growth trajectory and keep pace with the ever-unfolding developments in the veterinary space. They will ensure the business stays on track within the specified timeframe, as that is vital to future success. Central to this role will be continuously seeking improvements in all areas of business development activities with responsibility for the management of the U.S. Sales Operations. The incumbent will lead and manage sales activity in the U.S., define and execute sales strategies, set targets, sales revenues, and sales initiatives to meet objectives set out in the company’s business plan. The incumbent will manage the sales reporting across their team, and run/ direct monthly sales meetings, execute sales plans, lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets, build & maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, set & deliver annual sales budgets, develop direct reports with defined objectives, and more. Qualifications include having commercial leadership skills, financial management awareness, a high level of commercial acumen, analytical & solutions focus, experience in a role managing a sales team, academic achievement (degree), be highly motivated and an excellent communicator, strong organizational skills, and more. This position does require travel, some including international – must have the capacity to undertake all travel requirements. Hi everyone. I am sharing with you that I am on the hunt for a Sales/Sales Leadership position as I was laid off from Innoterix Labs yesterday. I want to thank my leadership at Innoterix for the opportunity to hone my marketing, policy generation, web design, product launch, and sales strategies skills. Innoterix is going to be a great lab as they have great people there that I only wish the best for. God has a plan for me. I read in my morning devotional - "When something in your life or thoughts makes you anxious, come to Me and talk about it." Well Jesus we have lots to talk about today. I am on the hunt for a new sales family and a company that shares my values of trust, collaboration, stewardship, inclusion, and integrity, that I can help lift up and grow sales professionals both professionally and personally as a Servant Leader. By doing so, we will grow revenues for our company and help positively affect both internal and external customers. I know that the job market is fierce, and I may not have a specific list of contacts or sold a specific medicine to a specific target, but I didn't have Telecomm experience and became one of the 1st Directors of Strategic Markets at Cingular Wireless, closed their 1st multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract, and won Salesperson of the Year for Ameritech Cellular. I didn't have Pharma experience and became #8 of 353 Hospital Account Managers, winning the President's Golden Circle Award after being promoted in a short time from the Primary Care team for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Moreover, I didn't have diagnostic experience and led the Eurofins Diatherix Laboratories start up sales force their 1st quarter and became their 1st Director of Sales, US over both the Physician Office Based sales team and Hospital sales team and also led over 40 professionals (which I grew from 20) for 4 years as VP of Sales and Marketing. I know I could have an immediate growth impact for any company if given the chance and look forward to challenges ahead. I am looking for a District Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Director of Sales role, in either medical sales or B2B sales, that will allow me to sell in front of clients alongside my team as I have a great passion for sales, teamwork, collaboration, and winning. I was most happy leading a driven team of professionals from FL to NJ as I said I like being in the trenches helping with sales growth. I am a road warrior and based out of Tampa, FL and have covered the U.S. much of my sales career. My sales philosophy is "They don't care what you know, until they know you care" and my sales leadership mantras are "Pedal to the metal", "We are only as strong as our weakest link", and "Treat people the way you would like to be treated".
