Passionate about Entertainment, Creative Content, Branding, Viral Marketing and AI Technology

From someone passionate about product placement and brand integration in Media, I’d like to wish the new CEO Ted Sheffield the best in his new position. I first heard about BEN after Corbis acquired Splash News back in 2011. Corbis’s relationship with BEN (Branded Entertainment Network) was significant in the context of its broader corporate strategy. BEN was a division that focused on product placement and brand integration in media. Despite the strategic intent behind acquiring Splash News in 2011, Corbis fell short of leveraging Splash's resources to capitalize on product placement opportunities that could have emerged from the alliance. Integrating Splash News's rich celebrity content with Corbis's Branded Entertainment Network (BEN) could have created synergies, boosting brand integration and media placements. However, this potential was never fully realized, leading to the eventual sale of the assets in 2016. I'm curious to see how BENlabs could still utilize its AI developments to meet the needs of its clients while refocusing on its initial strategy of offering product placement and brand integration in media. It might be strategic for BENlabs to form a partnership with Jon Oringer from Shutterstock, who now leads the company that is number one in editorial content. Just a thought. Bill Gates, what are your thoughts on this suggestion?
