Cover Letter in 2024? 🚩 In the fast-paced, ever-evolving current job market, the focus has shifted from telling to showing. Candidates are increasingly demonstrating their skills and experience through practical examples. This can take the form of project portfolios, GitHub repositories, personal websites, and other tangible proof of competency. During interviews, observe their body language and how they respond to questions. Are they animated and passionate about their past projects?
