The Google Bay View Campus was a finalist for the ULI Americas for Excellence for its vision to redefine how buildings integrate with nature. Spanning 1.1 million square feet across three buildings, Bay View has achieved LEED-NC v4 Platinum certification and is the world's largest net-zero water project. Situated adjacent to the San Francisco Bay, Bay View prioritizes water sustainability. All non-potable water needs are met using recycled water generated on-site. The campus also embraces biophilic design principles, incorporating natural daylight, abundant greenery, and views from every desk to enhance its occupants' mental health and well-being.
