I've become a REAL part of the Synectics team! My probation period ended at the start of July, and Friday is a great day to share great news. Next week, two new employees I hired during this time will be joining our team. During my probation period, I updated the company org chart, spoke with every employee in the company, made several important policy updates, and fully mastered my responsibilities (which is the most crucial but not the quickest part, haha). I could go on about how great and collaborative our team and culture are, how management is open to new ideas, and how excited I am about our future endeavors, but that might sound like a typical "advertising" post by HR. So, I'll just continue enjoying my work and growing with the company. I've almost finished the new onboarding system and am currently working on a few new huge and important processes. I just want to share some positive vibes with you! ๐ (Now I can officially mark all my emails as "urgent"! ๐ค)

Just finished a call with a candidate and like any call, I wrap with "Do you have any further questions for me?" This candidate said yes, its a personal one! Already I'm excited, this person is going deep!! "Why do you like working at Verint?" Buns to a bear, this question is to me! I love being asked this, because I love working at Verint and I can say that with my hand on my heart! Its a very easy conversation to have and hopefully the candidates can hear that in my tone, as I smile like Cheshire cat ๐ with my answer. #customerengagement #remoteworking #candidateexperience
