What to expect in the Book of British Luxury 2024/2025. The latest edition of our annual Walpole 'Book of British Luxury' has arrived, fronted by a collection of dynamic essays that reflect the key trends and talking points shaping our sector. The issue's Commissioning Editor and Walpole's Head of Content, Nick Carvell, introduces the roster of superb writers and artists who have brought the new issue to life in our article on site – which can read below.

Last week, the British Consul General, Hannah Young, and Walpole's Charlotte Keesing hosted a dinner to represent British luxury in New York City, USA. Today, North America remains the second largest international market for British luxury – an important achievement to celebrate for both countries. ⁠ ⁠ Guests included Dame Glenda Bailey, Mustafa Kacar, Avril Graham, Justin Fenner, Kitty Guo and many more.⁠ ⁠ During dinner, guests discussed the opportunities for British luxury, the evolving media and retail landscape, and luxury travel trends in the US. The latest edition of our annual publication, the issue looks at the progressive ideas and time-honoured expertise that will shape our country's luxury industry and culture far into the future with contributions from some of our sector's leading voices such as architect Benjamin Pentreath, creative-leader Katy Wickremesinghe and journalists Melinda Stevens, Aleks Cvetkovic, Michelle Ogundehin, Mina Holland and Ming Liu, as well as artistic contributions by Luke Edward Hall.
