It is a free training tool to upskill professionals or add professional value to new graduates from high school or university. The award for the lab's work, is a direct indication that we should possess a working knowledge about "how" Cloud Computing-beyond AWS-impacts our various professions. A good self-education strategy is to start with high performance computing (HPC) and scale downward. Human helpdesks are vanishing and customer service will expand "limited or no human contact."
