As creators, we face challenges like letting our job drain our energy and ending up burnt out or unfulfilled. But there are ways we can take advantage of our unique strengths so we can create to the best of our abilities. We can create great content and build our online businesses without compromising our energy and wellbeing. It just takes understanding how to get to that state of flow and “zone of genius” to build our dream lives, creating content without getting burnt out. Today, we’re here with Bri Garnica, an energy coach on a mission to help people understand their personality, strengths, and superpowers to help them make their dreams a reality in a sustainable way, and she explains how as creators, we can do that too. In 2019, she reached her breaking point, realizing that her life didn’t look anything like she thought it would because she was living based on the rules everyone else was putting on her instead of listening to her own intuition and energy. So, she decided to pursue her passion of becoming an energy coach, helping people align their thoughts, body, and emotions so they can make their dream life a reality. Today, we’re diving into what our “zone of genius” is and how we can operate in it as creators. We’re giving you the scoop on using this zone of genius to combat burnout and create in a sustainable way. #contentcreator #entrepreneurship #contentcreationtips

I craft compelling video content that highlights what makes businesses truly unique. Helping companies stand out from the competition and engage their audience through websites and marketing campaigns.
Business success rarely follows a straight, steady path of constant improvement. More often, it's a rocky journey filled with peaks and valleys along the way. I used to think our company was the exception, experiencing these drastic emotional swings. But after consuming numerous podcasts and books on entrepreneurship, I realised it's incredibly common for businesses to ride this rollercoaster. Time and again, we'd land a major contract and think, "We've finally made it!" Only to feel utterly deflated just weeks later, as if we were back at square one. The highs and lows can be brutal. If this resonates, you're not alone. It's the unfortunate reality most businesses have to confront - so much so that around one-third of entrepreneurs seek therapy to cope with the psychological toll. But don't lose hope. Embrace that this is simply part of the journey, filled with the uphills and downhills that make any great story compelling. The obstacles are unavoidable, but they don't have to be insurmountable. Stay resilient, and remember that these undulations aren't a personal failing, but the natural ebbs and flows every business endures while navigating uncertainty and growth. Persist through the valleys, and you'll eventually summit higher peaks of lasting success. #manchestervideoproduction #videomarketing #positivemindset

For many years, my response was “I can’t.” Consumed by the “busyness” of my business, I never gave myself permission to slow down. 🤷♀️ If money was tight, I felt anxious to log more hours and check more boxes. When business was booming, I felt the need to “suck it up” and get through the busy months, grateful for the money. Stressed on either end of the spectrum! 🤦♀️ It took YEARS before I woke up one day and realized I was missing the point. Self-employment is not the “easy” route…ask any business owner! And the goal (in theory,) is freedom and flexibility, right? So when do we “earn the right” to enjoy it? 🤔 I’ll never forget my podcast interview with Cari Heibel-Briner when she said her wake up call was realizing her “actions weren’t a reflection of her true priorities.” That one spoke straight to my heart. ❤️ These past few weeks have been busy, because my daughter has been asking me to chaperone or volunteer for every 5th grade event, and I keep saying yes! 😆 Because, really, what’s the point of self-employment if it doesn’t give you the time and the means to “say YES to life?” If your life and business aren’t feeling aligned, it’s never too late to stop and evaluate. What do you really want? Why did you take this leap? And how can you organize the future of your business to support the life you imagine for yourself? I enjoy true freedom - not just financial, but the freedom to make choices that align with my values and aspirations. Ever heard your boss say, "We're not just colleagues, we're a family"? Sounds great, right? But let's get real for a second. When you really need them - say, if you're in a jam or dreaming about that family vacation - does your 'work family' actually step up? Or are you met with a polite, "Sorry, can't help"? Here's a thought: what if, instead of relying on a fictional corporate family, you took the reins of your life and career? Imagine a world where you're not just working for a paycheck, but building a life that you're passionate about. Where 'family' means the people you choose and the dreams you chase. I've been there, in that 9-5 grind, believing in the 'work family' myth. But then, I decided to break free. Now, I run my own business, wrote a book, and have a successful monetized podcast. So, here's my invitation to you: Step out of the shadows of false promises and into a life where you're the boss, not just of your business but of your destiny. Check out how I did it and how you can too. Because at the end of the day, the only 'work family' that truly has your back is the one you build yourself. ____ Like this content? - Give a like on the post - Leave a comment - Follow Never Been Promoted - Ring the bell on my profile Thank you! #Empowerment #Entrepreneurship #BeyondThe9To5 #RealFamilyValues #NeverBeenPromoted

Writing emails for global-minded finance and EdTech brands | Retention Marketing| Email Specialist | $4.2 million in sales for clients and counting #BlackInTech #EdTech ForbesBLK
My introverted ways were always a weakness... Growing up, the dreaded question was, "Why are you so quiet?" This is such an awkward question, so of course, I would stare and shrug my shoulders. Now that I'm a 27-year-old entrepreneur, I look at my personality way differently. In fact, what I used to perceive as a weakness is now my superpower. How? Introverts have a few innate abilities: -- We over analyze most things which means we're always looking to solve problems and in the business world this is a top attribute -- We empathize with people deeply, which means we build brands and messages that resonate on a heart-to-heart level (this makes you stand out!) -- We enjoy creativity and draw power form nature (take a look at my previous article on how writing in nature grows my business) If you're an introvert, I'm delighted to share that you hold superpowers, but until you see your personality this way, you'll be forever bogged down by the thoughts and perceptions of others. ---> Link to the Introvert Marketer Podcast in the comments :)) P.S. Share this with a quiet person you know.

From Hurt to Hustle to Happiness. In the studio with Krystal Vernee' recording https://lnkd.in/gxczgGtC DocuSeries, she shares: “I hope her business burns down” my then-husband said at a gathering of our closest friends. I was hurt, angry and embarrassed, ashamed, if I could have melted on the floor that day I would have. This was my husband who I fell in love with in the 9th grade, married and now we had grown apart. He was a narcissist, called me a terrible wife, said I wouldn’t amount to anything and my business was nothing more than an expensive hobby. The emotional abuse was overwhelming. Today Krystal Vernee’ is the Founder of Simply SHE, owner of Divas & Dolls Fitness and Cirque Sensual and a certified Business Coach. She helps others to tap into her zone of genius through the Simply SHE podcast, online courses and Brand BuildHER Blueprint coaching program in order to Slay to Six Figures and beyond. My BIG Takeaway: You’ve Got To Make It Happen. Don’t wait to go after your goals and don’t rely on other people for your success. We only have one life. No one ever regrets the things they did when they near the end of their life, they only regret what they didn’t do. Get out there and Make It Happen! Strengthening Your Online Brand as an Introvert or Private Person 💭 When I first took the Myers-Briggs personality test, I was completely on the left side of the introvert spectrum as a true and bonafide (I) introvert. Since then, I have moved across the spectrum. While I’m not a 100% extrovert, my personality has shifted as I've grown my business. The core of the introvert/extrovert theory is based on where you obtain your energy (from being around people or alone). While I may draw my energy from being alone, I enjoy being around people. How did I become comfortable moving across the Myers-Briggs spectrum? I thought about who I am, what I enjoy doing, my goals, and what I’m comfortable with. How can you become comfortable? 1️⃣ Identify and understand what you truly enjoy. 2️⃣ Start small and start somewhere. 3️⃣ Share your professional perspective, opinions, and advice in your industry or area of expertise. You can achieve this through blogs, podcasts, social media captions, and videos. You may not always feel comfortable sharing your personal side. However, the key is to determine what you share, how much you share, how you share it, and whether it aligns with your objectives. #Entrepreneur #EntrepreneurLife #MyersBriggs #Introvert #Extrovert #BusinessLeader

🛑 We should normalise failure Im getting so sick of all the polished social media posts with 14 year old millionaires or the 956th person who got VC funding, great good for you. Lets normalise talking about how bloody difficult life/entrepreneurship/creating is so people who have ambitions of chasing their dreams, will finally stop holding themselves back in fear of failure. I'll go first heres a list of my top failures so far: - I nearly lost 4000 euros because I got too sloppy with contracts. (Luckily after a period of 8 months with lawyers involved, I got it back but it was a close one that could've been easily avoided). - A podcast I recorded with a "star guest" (they are all stars but this one had a huge following), never went online because I forgot to take extra batteries with for my recording equipment. - I missed out on a massive sponsor opportunities because I was not in close enough contact with the people and so they thought I was either not interested or wasn't committed enough. Im not perfect. I don't think anyone is. But us pretending like we are puts so much strain on others to pretend they're perfect too. Lets stop pretending and share some of your biggest failures so far and maybe in doing so we inspire the next Steve Jobs or Elon Musk to finally, believe in him/herself. I dare you. ------------------------------------------ 🎙 I'm Ryan Faber - Full-time content creator and entrepreneur 💪 I am on a mission to help as many young people as possible get off "the default path" and build lives they actually love.
