An Interview with Toni Clark

Tell me a bit about your role at Inspira.

I started with Inspira as an investor specialist taking inbound calls from current and potential clients. I am currently a resolution specialist in investor services - engaged.

As a resolution specialist, what does your day to day look like?

My typical workday is spent answering inquiries sent in by our current clients either by email or via our website. I also interact with potential clients and investment sponsors answering questions about self-directed IRAs and investing in alternative or traditional assets. Inquiries are answered by email or by placing an outbound call. Also, during my day while working through cases, I am always seeking ways to enhance performance whether through process improvement or system enhancements by offering suggestions to the appropriate parties for review and consideration.

What is the most rewarding part about your job?

When I resolve a complex matter for a client or investment sponsor, the most rewarding part is when my client expresses their gratitude in knowing their matter has been resolved and their asset(s) are safe and secure.

What's the most challenging part?

Within the scope of complex matter resolution, the challenge may come in finding the sources and resources utilized to resolve those matters for our clients. That is when I seek the help of my management team who are always there to assist.

Are there any recent projects or work initiatives that you're particularly excited about?

I am excited about the upcoming system enhancements that I believe will streamline our processes and day to day functions.

At Inspira, we strive to be influential experts in the health and wealth industry. How do you think you bring this value to work every day?

I am always learning and in that I am always researching information and/or processes within Inspira and IRS regulations to enhance my knowledge so that I may be the subject matter expert that I strive to be. One that is always ready, willing, and able to assist our clients when they need and going above and beyond the norm.

Do you have any go to TV shows you rewatch often? If TV isn't your thing, what's something that brings you comfort/entertainment?

All Law and Order: SVU or anything “Judge Judy” daytime TV.

Describe your ideal day off.

My ideal day off would consist of sleeping in half the day. Or just enjoying peace and quiet with the freedom to do what I want, when I want.
