We are excited to have Allen Brown join the Lightstone Logistics team! Allen is our Senior Associate of Industrial Asset Management overseeing asset management functions and property level operations for Lightstone’s Southeast/East Coast Portfolio. Allen brings six years of Industrial Asset Management knowledge and experience to the Lightstone Logistics team. Prior to joining Lightstone, he served as an Asset Manager for LRC Properties. At LRC, Allen managed an investment portfolio of 12 assets in the industrial, manufacturing and office sectors, ranging from 80,000 – 1.3 Mil SF, throughout critical markets in the Southeast United States. His essential functions included managing all leasing initiatives, overseeing capital projects, overseeing property management, and facilitating relationships with tenants and brokers in his respective markets. Prior to LRC he also spent 2 ½ years on Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team overseeing office and industrial assets for institutional owners. Outside of the office, Allen is an avid outdoorsman, actively involved in his local community, and is a licensed foster care parent. #newhire #welcome

Jon is overseeing the Midwest region and brings over eight years of industrial asset management knowledge and experience to the Lightstone Logistics Group. Prior to joining Lightstone, he served as an Asset Manager with AIC Industrial where he was responsible for over 25 industrial properties throughout critical markets in the Midwest and East Coast of the United States. The new markets among the top 20 taking rent growth regions in the U.S. are those surrounding population growth, as well as emerging/alternative logistics hubs including Philadelphia, Reno, El Paso, Las Vegas, and Orlando. On the flipside, despite remaining some of the most expensive markets in the U.S., rent growth is leveling off in the traditional gateway markets in Southern California and Northern New Jersey.
