LANSING, MI – Prosecutors still haven’t decided whether to charge state Rep. Neil Friske, R-Charlevoix, after he was arrested two weeks ago on sexual assault and firearm offense accusations.

Friske was released from custody June 21 after Ingham County Prosecutor John Dewane called for further investigation by Lansing police before issuing any potential charges.
