* 1/2 cup spinach or sprouts
* 1 avocado
* 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt or plain
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
* 1/2 tsp. mustard
* 1 tsp honey
* ¼ tsp. garlic powder
