The Spicy Tuna Roll is a classic Japanese sushi roll – smooth, creamy, and fiery spicy. Nori seaweed sheet is filled with seasoned sushi rice, avocado, and sashimi-grade tuna that’s tossed in sriracha spicy mayo. This hand roll recipe takes about 15 minutes from start to finish once the sushi rice is ready. I’ll share with you the secrets to make the best tuna sushi with step by step photos!

You’ll need 
1 x can of tuna (in spring water) 
10g x 1/2 fat kewpie mayo 
10 mls x light soy sauce 
60g x rice (raw) 
40g x avocado 
2 x seaweed sheets 

- Cook the rice as directed
- Combined the tuna, mayo and soy sauce 
- Start assembling your sushi wraps, a layer of rice, layer of tuna, then avo and then top with another layer of rice. 
- Fold up your little triangles! (Store for up to 3 days in the fridge)
